YMCA BrainHealth Open House - Frisco Family & Park Family YMCAs

In partnership with the Center for BrainHealth, we are hosting Brain Health Open Houses at the Frisco Family YMCA and Park South Family YMCA on February 21st, 2026, from 10 AM - 12 PM. 

You are invited! Enjoy this free community event full of fun, discovery, and learning. Experience interactive stations focused on sleep, nutrition, stress, and exercise, along with snacks generously donated by H-E-B. Participants can connect with brain health
experts and learn proven strategies that support mental wellness and cognitive function.

The open house will feature activities for families with children of all ages have. Admission is FREE! Join us for a whirlwind journey into the human brain, with brain-healthy games, arts & crafts, and activities.
